1. Equipment Overview
The Ridge Tile Roll Forming Machine is an automated cold-forming system specifically designed for manufacturing architectural ridge tiles (roof crest tiles). Through multi-stage continuous roll forming, it processes metal coils (galvanized steel, color-coated steel, aluminum-magnesium alloy, etc.) or modified asphalt-based materials into ridge tiles with precise curvature and structural integrity in a single operation. These products are widely used for waterproofing and decorative applications in pitched roof systems.
